For the unveiling of a new Hoka sneaker, Lukas Chemla curated an exclusive dinner in the atmospheric basement of an art gallery in central Paris. Inspired by the brand’s creation, he crafted a dish that echoed the spirit of the sneaker — transforming design into gastronomy.
